Yes — a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available on request for every product and batch, documenting purity and identity for the specific lot you receive. For selected products the report can be opened directly from the product page and the Research library; for all others, contact us with your order or lot number.
Yes. Every vial carries a lot/batch number for full traceability back to its analysis and production record.
Independent third-party analysis is carried out by Janoshik Analytical. Each report carries a task number that can be verified on the laboratory's own website.
Refrigerate at 2–8°C on receipt — do not freeze. Lyophilised powder remains stable for up to 24 months; once reconstituted, keep at 2–8°C, away from light, and use within 30 days.
Orders are packed in secure, protective packaging and shipped insulated where required to protect integrity in transit.
EU orders typically arrive within 48–72 hours (business days). Orders outside the EU — Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia — usually take 3–5 business days, including customs clearance. A tracking number is sent by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
