Cellmind ships across Europe. All orders are carefully packed to maintain product integrity, with full cold-chain handling from synthesis to delivery.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information by email once dispatched.

2. Shipping carriers

DHL Express — primary carrier, fastest delivery across Europe
FedEx International — Europe-wide coverage
Aramex — MENA region specialist

3. Estimated delivery times

Central Europe (DE, AT, NL, BE, FR) — 2–3 business days
Western Europe (ES, PT, IT) — 3–4 business days
Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, HU, RO) — 3–5 business days
Scandinavia (SE, NO, DK, FI) — 3–5 business days
MENA region — 2–5 business days

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply.

5. Cold-chain shipping

All peptide products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs. We recommend being available to receive cold-chain orders promptly upon delivery.

6. International customs and duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country. Cellmind is not responsible for orders held or seized by customs.

7. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact orders@bycellmind.com with your order number.
