CellMind delivers across the United Kingdom, dispatched from the EU. All orders are carefully packed to protect product integrity in transit.

1. Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched promptly after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Carriers & tracking

We ship via established, fully tracked couriers. The carrier may vary by destination, and full tracking is provided on every order.

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery across the UK typically takes 48–72h, depending on destination. Tracking lets you follow your order from dispatch to arrival.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on UK orders over £150. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Cold storage & handling

Peptides are held in cold storage prior to dispatch and packed to protect integrity in transit. We recommend receiving your order promptly and refrigerating it on arrival.

6. Customs and duties

Import duties and VAT on UK orders are included in the price — there is nothing to pay on delivery. If an order is held at customs, we reship it at no cost.

7. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact orders@bycellmind.com with your order number. If a tracked order is lost in transit or held at customs, we reship it at no cost.
